15 Minute Breakfast Pizza: Cheap, Easy, and Delicious.

Meet Jon's favorite breakfast: Bacon Breakfast Pizza. There are as many variations of this as there are breakfast foods. I'll include some suggestions after the "recipe".

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

You can make your own pizza crust, buy pizza dough, or just do what we do and buy the Wegmans version of the Boboli pizza crust.

Scramble up 4 eggs and then spoon and spread over the pizza crust.

You can make the bacon from scratch, or if you're looking for a 10 minute breakfast, buy fully cooked bacon. You microwave 5 pieces at a time for 25 seconds and it's done! Cook the bacon, and crumble it on top of the pizza and eggs.

Sprinkle the whole pie with cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese.

Stick the pizza in the oven (even if it isn't 400 degrees yet). Set the timer for 10 minutes. When the 10 minutes are up- Serve and Enjoy!

You can also try:
Sausage, egg and cheese pizza.
Sausage gravy pizza.
Ham, egg, onion and pepper pizza.
Veggie pizza (mushroom, green pepper, red pepper, onion, etc with eggs and cheese)

  1. Try a little cream cheese on the crust before putting your toppings on. Yum! I make this but I use crescent rolls as a crust.

  5. Do you cook the crust before you place the toppings on top or just place the toppings on the uncooked crust?

    1. No need to pre-cook, just pile it with toppings and bake after. Enjoy!

    2. I did this and my toppings almost burnt so i had to take it out but the dough (crissont) was still raw everywhere except underneath and around the edge :(

  7. Just jumping in here Tina, cuz CR is what I use. In fact you can buy 'sheet' roll dough, then you don't have to deal with the seams. In a jelly roll pan (the one with small sides) spread the dough, pile on, bake as instructed. I normally add a couple of minutes, because MY "pile of stuff" is...bigger than normal pizza. I have 3 bottomless pits sleeping down the hall, they LOVE this for saturday breakfast, I often have to make 2. Think omelet, on a crust. I often include, onions, mushrooms, even red pepper. Mix up the spices, and the cheese, and make it Mexican, Italian, what ever your tongue has a taste for. :)

  10. I took the suggestion of using a sausage gravy sauce from the commenters above and used sausage for the topping too. It was delicious. This is the perfect easy solution to breakfast blahs. Thanks for sharing.

  12. If your really in a hurry, you could use English muffins for crusts. Just cut them in half, spread a little butter or whatever & place on cookie sheet, add toppings and bake =)

  21. Am I alone in this thought, or does anyone else put Frank's Redhot on their eggs? Layering the cream cheese and then the Frank's, then the toppings would make this heavenly

    1. Hot sauce is pretty much the greatest thing ever invented. Buckets of it should go on everything we eat.

  22. Throw some of the loose shredded hash browns into the fry pan and cook for a couple minutes before scrambling the eggs. Then start your layering process.

    1. No idea why, but I always get weirded out when I put potatoes in my breakfast dish (like burritos or breakfast pizza), I'm thinking I have some weird childhood trauma or something.
