Break in Posts because- The BABY is here!

Just wanted to let you all know that after almost 12 hours of labor, we finally welcomed our son into the world!
Needless to say, I'll be away from posting for a day or two.
(Update- or two weeks thanks to some complications... Not to mention that adjusting to the new routines took a bit longer than I anticipated.)

    Congratulations! Try not to worry about getting back into your routine just yet. These first few weeks fly and it's all about enjoying your new little one...and survival.

      I ended up taking your advice and man am I glad I did! I had really high expectations that first week and it was all I could do to get out of bed (I seriously underestimated the meaning of "sleep deprivation!"). Thanks for the encouraging words!

      Thanks! All I want to do is hold him and kiss his little cheeks. I sincerely hope he realizes I'll be doing that until he's at least 30:)
